Six Nations fixtures: England to begin 2020 campaign against France in Paris

England will begin their next quest for Six Nations glory against France in Paris, it has been confirmed.

The respective fixture lists for the 2020 and 2021 editions of the northern hemisphere competition were released on Wednesday – four days after Warren Gatland’s Wales claimed their first Grand Slam since 2012 with a dominant victory over Ireland in Cardiff.

England eventually finished second after closing their 2019 campaign with a thrilling 38-38 draw against Scotland at Twickenham and will start next year’s Six Nations at the Stade de France on Sunday, February 2.

They then travel to Murrayfield six days later before hosting Ireland – who will then be under the tutelage of Andy Farrell – after the first weekend break.
